Zoey - golden retriever [6mos] Roxie – Golden Retriever [2yrs]
relationship status > Single.
He didn’t want to have a serious relationship while attending school. He isn’t much of a player but he is a huge flirt so he’s had a hook up or two but never really found a girl he’s found to care about enough to settle down with.
fitness, eating healthy foods, traveling, cold beer after a long day, animals of course, he actually enjoys people too but he definitely doesn’t appear that way when people first meet him, tattoosdislikes >
judgement people, timid owners, little dogs that bite, he swears ponies are the spawn of satan wrapped up in a cuddly bundle, doesn’t like pumpkin spice anything, people that use their animals like a machine.defining moment >
definitely graduating from Vet School and joining forces with the Hollis Wood Veterinary clinic.
HistoryDustin grew up on a small ranch outside of Orlando, Florida. He grew up working hard with his parents between breeding quarter horses and raising angus cattle, he was kept busy. His summers were not like most, he didn’t go out and party and have fun, he worked hard haying and working the fields to ensure his parent’s farm thrived. He’d known since he was a little kid that he wanted to continue working with animals the rest of his life so it was important that he was a top notch student, he had his own tutor through the school years, spending his weekends being tutored while also working on the ranch. It was great for his academic career but his social life was limited to the hands and his parents.
It wasn’t all that bad though, he grew up quicker than most kids and when he graduated high school he was a valid Victorian of his class and voted most likely to succeed. He won a ton of scholarships right away but he also applied for many more and received a few grants. It was a nice chunk of change that got him through undergraduate school, he attended a local college so he could continue working on the ranch to receive his four years of undergraduate schooling before it was time to apply to several vet schools. He applied all over, hoping to get into at least one. With his amazing grades and his experience with the ranch he managed to get in on the first try, accepting a college in South Carolina.
It was very hard for him to pack up and leave his family behind but the ranch was thriving and while they would never be rich, they were certainly succeeding in an otherwise tough industry. He ended up taking one of the horses with him and not long after attending his first year of vet school he’d gotten a part time job at a ranch outside of town and the owner had an amazing stallion, which he bred his mare too. He attended vet school for four years and as soon as he graduated he wanted to head back home but then an amazing job offer was proposed to him so he had a tough decision to make. It wasn’t easy and he had called his parents for their input and that was when they told them they’d decided to sell the ranch. They wanted to retire on top and they split the ranch with Dustin, sending half the sale price to him to help him get started in his life while they took the rest to retire.
With no ranch to go back to he’s decided to stay in town and accepted the offer. He’s been working in Hollis Wood for a couple years now and is well-established with the community. He just recently adopted a golden retriever and her pup.
